Mindfulness can help with Anxiety

Jenna felt as though she was faking at life, while everyone else around her appeared to be cruising through it. Everyone like Jenna goes through the feeling of anxiety, depression, nervousness and stress from time to time. Mindfulness is an awareness tool that assisted Jenna to become more present and be in control of her life. Mindfulness transformed her, giving her the confidence to be herself.
