Gratitude can help with Stress and Pain

Gratitude is a powerful force to uplift and heal. Gratitude can assist in recovery with stress, illness, physical health etc. Gabrielle was deeply, chronically ill, housebound and confined to bed. Through gratitude she found that even if such a state is temporary or hard won, there is comfort to be found — beyond everything we seek for ourselves, as our dreams, ambitions and drives push us out into the world— and that deep within us we actually hold enough.
